For some products, such as pellets or wood boxes, you pay a €9 deposit per pallet. This deposit ensures that pallets are returned in good condition so they can be reused.
When you return the pallet with your next order, according to our conditions, the deposit will simply be deducted from your new order total. This way, we work together towards sustainability and you avoid unnecessary costs.

Returning pallets is very simple and can be done in two ways:

• Immediately upon delivery: Do you still have empty pallets from a previous order? Hand them over to our driver when they deliver your new order. The deposit will then be immediately deducted or refunded.

• With a future delivery: Prefer to return the pallets later? Keep them stored neatly and hand them over when your next order is delivered.

This way, you don’t have to arrange any transport yourself, and the process stays quick and easy.

To receive the full deposit amount, pallets must meet the following conditions:

• Type: Only original Euro pallets are accepted.

• Condition: Pallets must be complete and sturdy, with no broken boards, severe damage, or other structural defects.

• Clean and stable for stacking: Pallets must be clean and delivered in a way that allows for safe transport.

Pallets that do not meet these conditions will be refused or may result in a partial or full deduction from the deposit.

No, the pallet deposit only applies to certain products, such as pellets and wood boxes.
This is always clearly stated on the product page, and you will also see it in your shopping cart during checkout.

When you order a product that is delivered on a pallet, you will see a notice on the product page about the €9 deposit per pallet.

During checkout, your shopping cart will automatically show the total deposit amount: €9 × the number of pallets in your order.

Below the product list in your cart, you can indicate how many pallets you wish to return. This can, of course, only be up to the maximum number of pallets you are ordering yourself. The deposit amount for the returned pallets will then be immediately deducted from your total.

Upon delivery, our driver will always check the number of pallets returned and make any necessary corrections to ensure the correct deposit amount is applied.
